The show has not run since 2018
The labels and package print exhibition was due to take place from May 12th to 14th however, the event will now run from February 9th to 11th 2023.
Richard Quirk, event manager of Labelexpo Southeast Asia says the postponement will allow the show to be as big and successful as possible.
He adds: “Labelexpo Europe now lands just two weeks before our originally scheduled Labelexpo Southeast Asia show next year, so we wanted to ensure the show was run at a time when we can maximise exhibitor numbers, visitor turnout and industry engagement.
We know that February 2023 will be a time when the entire industry will come together”
“We know that February 2023 will be a time when the entire industry will come together. Exploring new markets is very important to all companies in the current climate, and with the current size and potential future growth of the Southeast Asian market, we know that this event will be an important milestone for all involved.”
With the last Labelexpo Southeast Asia exhibition last held in 2018, there will have been a five-year wait for exhibitors taking part in the 2023 show. Organisers say the last event which took place over a 4,100sq m space, saw over 8,000 visitors from 62 countries and 174 international exhibitors.
