Sappi issues price rise warning
Sappi Europe has announced an 6-9% increase in prices for all of its coated mechanical reel products.

Prices will increase between 6-9%
The rise, Sappi says, is due to continuing high cost and volatility in raw materials, energy and transportation, with the increased price to come into effect from October.
Sappi says its European sales team will be in further contact directly with customers in order to discuss the details of the implementation.
“The business climate remains extremely challenging for everyone, and Sappi appreciates all its customers support in these difficult times,” Sappi says.
