Precision Card Services is due to celebrate its 30th anniversary
The move, which comes ahead of the company’s 30th anniversary, retains its PCS acronym, while signifying how the business has evolved into a manufacturer of recycled and eco-degradable card manufacturers.
Adam Unsworth, managing director of the company, says while the change is small, it has a “massive significance” to how it has developed over the years
“We no longer just produce standard PVC cards suitable for gift, loyalty, and membership applications as well as smart cards and hotel key cards, but we offer a diverse range of sustainable materials including 100% recycled PVC and eco-degradable PVC as well as paper-board cards, all of which can be recycled,” he says.
“Over the years PCS has experienced continued growth, and we recognise the impact this has on the environment and the importance of being a responsible manufacturer.
“This is why we have developed a range of eco-friendly materials that offer the same quality and durability of traditional standard PVC.
“We believe that this new name allows us to stay true to our core business values whilst giving a clear statement of intent that we offer a wide variety of eco-friendly options.”
