The new platform will be available to BPIF members
Designed with remote working in mind, the platforms allows BPIF members to login from any location via the online BPIF members area.
Members can go through a personalised HR or H&S health check, using assisted descriptions to answer a series of question.
Once completed, the health check will provide an automated report of recommendations, including action plans to members for them to work through with guidance, while members can also contact one of the dedicated member advisers for additional support.
Full launch of the platform follows a beta testing phase, during which select members were able to give their feedback and offer any improvements.
We hope that by building this platform, it will provide our members with flexible access and support on how to become compliant”
Anna Stretton, head of HR at the BPIF, comments: "Last year presented a new way of working for the BPIF and we seized the opportunity to develop our products and services.
“We hope that by building this platform, it will provide our members with flexible access and support on how to become compliant.”
Mandy Robson, head of HSE at the BPIF, adds: “We've designed our online tools to be the 'go to' support channel for our members, with the option of conducting regular health checks, providing web-links through to our practical step-by-step advice, guidance documents and templates.”
