Canon, Halstan, Matador, Mondi, Muller Martini, The Printing Charity and Winter & Company are sponsoring the 2021 awards
Running in partnership with Oxford Brookes University, BookMachine, and The Bookseller, the awards celebrate the craftsmanship of the British book design and production industry.
Books published between July 1st 2019 and July 9th 2021 are eligible for entry in this year’s awards, with the closing date for entries set for July 9th.
A panel of industry experts from the design, publishing and production sectors will judge all entries, with the awards to be handed out in 18 categories, as well as a separate honour for ‘Book of the Year’.
A specific category is also open to aspiring students seeking to enter their work, with the opportunity to win a cheque for £500 and an internship with a designer, publisher or printer.
The awards will be presented at a ceremony on November 8th at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
