Nearly 50 businesses attended the event
Visual hosted the event at its office in Lincoln, with nearly 50 businesses coming along to help raise £275 for YMCA Lincolnshire thanks to donations by local organisations including Lincoln Minster School, Lincolnshire Showground and the British Hamper Company for its raffle.
The event was staged to highlight how much Visual Print and Design has grown in the last three years, with, visitors given a tour of its production facilities and given the chance to take home a gift that had been printed on-site.
“Thank you to the team at Visual Print and Design for supporting YMCA Lincolnshire; it really means a lot to us, and it will assist us in making a difference for those most in need,” YMCA Lincolnshire fundraising and income manager Scott McGinn says.
“The raffle raised an incredible £275 for YMCA Lincolnshire’s vital work across the county. We really could not do what we do – supporting Lincolnshire’s most vulnerable and disadvantaged people to reach their potential – without support like this.”
Rachael Hunt, head of marketing and business development at Visual, adds: “The last time we had an open evening was over three years to celebrate our 10th birthday, so it seemed like the perfect time to do it again.
“With nearly 50 people coming along and with gifts donated by local businesses, we were able to raise nearly £300 for YMCA Lincolnshire.
“We’ve changed so much in the last couple of years to help service our expanding customer base and it was great to be able to showcase this to both new and existing customers.”
