Canon surpasses 100 sales of varioPRINT iX-series
Canon has branded the first year of its new varioPRINT iX-series a success, revealing that it was able to sell more than 100 machines and help customers move into new markets.

Some 70% of varioPRINT iX-series users are are commercial and online printing businesses
In a survey of varioPRINT iX-series users, Canon found that 70% of users are are commercial and online printing businesses producing general commercial print applications such brochures, greeting cards, flyers, postcards and books.
Canon also discovered that over 40% of varioPRINT iX-series users were new to its kit and installed the press to complement other technologies or to transition volumes from offset and liquid toner to digital inkjet.
In addition, the varioPRINT iX-series proved such a hit that it was presented with an EDP award and a Keypoint Intelligence Outstanding Innovation Award in Production Print.
